How to Commission Me

2. If I accept, I will tell you how long it will take and I will propose you a price.

3. Once you pay, I will start working on your drawing and you will receive at least one progress update per week.

What You Will Receive

The complete drawing in PNG, a compressed version in JPG and a transparent PNG of the characters.

Terms of Service

I. General Terms

  • I reserve the right to reject a request if it doesn't align with my capabilities or if I feel uncomfortable with the work.

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

II. Payment

  • Payments will be processed through VGen.

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

III. Process & Delivery

  • Commission completion time ranges from 1 to 4 weeks for illustrations and 3 to 10 days for sketches, depending on the drawing's complexity and my availability.

  • I will provide the client with at least one progress update per week.

  • Drastic changes can be requested only during the sketch phase.

  • The drawing's resolution will be at least 2160x2160px for illustrations and 1080x1080px for sketches.

  • Upon completion, I will show you the finished drawing, request the final payment (if you've chosen the split payment option), and then send you the final images on VGen.

  • You will receive: The complete drawing in PNG, a compressed version in JPG, and a transparent PNG image of the character/s without a background. All images will be in the original resolution of the drawing.

IV. Copyright & Usage

  • I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.

  • I reserve the right to record the process of creation of the artwork.

  • I reserve the right to post the final artwork and its speedpaint on my social media, website and Youtube, unless you pay a private fee (NDA).

  • Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

  • The final artwork is for your personal use only, unless you pay the commercial use fee.

You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:

  • Print the work for personal use.

  • Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

  • Share the artwork on social media, website or streams.

You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:

  • Claim the artwork as yours.

  • Remove my watermark/signature.

  • Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

  • Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs or AI.

  • Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

V. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once the work is initiated, a refund is not permitted.

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
